Take some time for yourself — and find out how our Growing Communities Programme can support your clients.
Working in a frontline role can be demanding. This morning at FarmEco gives you an opportunity to step away from the usual pressures, spend time in nature and try some practical approaches to wellbeing.
Wellbeing options include:
RESILIENCE SESSION – Practical approaches to building and maintaining resilience.
WELLBEING WALK – A gentle farm walk with activities to help you slow down, notice nature and reset.
NATURE-BASED CREATIVITY – Relaxed creative activities using natural materials. No artistic experience needed.
SOUND BATH – Time to pause and deeply relax through sound, vibration and guided rest.
We have covered spaces to keep you warm and dry.
