🌱 Don’t just join our community. Co-own it!

FarmEco is a community‑powered farm where people, nature and wellbeing grow together. Your membership helps us:

  • Grow and harvest delicious, organic food to strengthen local food systems
  • Create and care for wildlife habitats, increasing biodiversity in the area
  • Run wellbeing courses for vulnerable people
  • Deliver community events and education
  • Host school children to teach them about sustainable farming and ecology
  • Capture carbon in the landscape by restoring soil and increasing tree growth

When you become a FarmEco member, you aren’t just signing up for a standard subscription—you are buying community shares and becoming a legal co-owner of our Community Benefit Society (CBS).

While we lease the physical land, our community owns the enterprise that brings it to life. Your monthly support helps us to steward these 60 acres, care for our wildlife habitats, and grow delicious organic food for the local community.

🌿 What’s Included

  • Join in with our weekly activities on the farm, learning new skills, making new friends and enjoying the beauty of nature.
  • Enjoy exploring our 40 acres of fields, hedgerows, nature corridors
  • Three to four members’ social meetings a year -e.g. enjoy an evening round a fire pit sipping farm cider, kombucha or juice and sharing food cooked from the farm harvest.
  • Quarterly newsletter about the Farm written by and for our members
  • Enrolment as a shareholder of our Community Benefit Society
  • Help shape the farm further with your ideas and vote at the AGM
  • Online community with different interest groups e.g. birdwatching, home education, nature connection, permaculture, veg growing

Optional additional benefits:

  • Access to a share of the organic, nutritious, harvest of apples, plums, rhubarb, herbs etc. when you join in activities
