DESCRIPTION:Relax\, unwind and prepare for the day ahead with our monthly morning relaxation in the woods. \nAfter a short mindful walk\, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the farm\, we’ll enter the magical woodland\, filled with soft dappled light\, birdsong and the gentle crackle of the campfire. Kristina will guide a relaxing woodland experience of forest bathing\, also known as Shinrin-yoku\, inviting you to slow down\, notice nature and simply be present. No swimsuit required – think ‘sunbathing’ but in a woodland! \nAfterwards\, we’ll gather around the campfire for gentle conversation\, a hot drink and a simple snack. \nEveryone is welcome – we adapt sessions to meet your needs. \nBooking early recommended as we are often fill spaces quickly as we like to keep our groups small. \nFor further information email wellbeing@farmeco.co.uk. \n \nKindly supported by The National Lottery Communities Fund

You will feel the benefits of fresh air\, open spaces and meaningful time outdoors. \nMake a lasting difference – Every FarmEco Saturday contributes to restoring habitats\, supporting biodiversity and helping our farm thrive for future generations. \nWhat to Expect \nEvery FarmEco Saturday is different\, with activities changing throughout the seasons. You might find yourself: \n• Planting trees or hedgerows \n• Growing fruit and vegetables \n• Creating wildlife habitats \n• Caring for our trees and woodland \n• Supporting regenerative farming projects \n• Helping with seasonal harvesting and distributing of food \nWe’ll begin the day with a warm welcome\, introduce the activities and provide all the guidance\, tools and equipment you’ll need. There’ll be time to enjoy a communal lunch (please bring a packed lunch with you)\, chat with fellow participants and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Feel free to join us from 10-12 or 1-3\, or simply stay all day with us! \nNo pressure. No experience required. Just a chance to spend your Saturday differently. \nWho Can Join? \nFarmEco Saturdays are open to anyone who enjoys being outdoors and wants to make a positive contribution. \nWhether you come on your own\, with friends or as part of a group\, you’ll receive a warm welcome from our team and community. SUMMARY:Family Farm Tour
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us for a full tour of our community farm with plenty of kids activities to keep you busy. This is also your chance to tell us what you would like to see and be involved in at FarmEco and to become a part of our community.\n\nWe will begin in the community garden where we will do some planting\, seed sowing and talk about that project.\n\nWe then move to the bonga tent and labyrinth to showcase that space and there will be a ‘food chain’ challenge for the children to find and complete.\n\nA steady walk down through our agroforestry area and into our edible woodland after that where we will show you around the hundreds of fruit trees we have on site whilst our sheep graze underneath them.\n\nAfterwards we will head to our woodland camp to have our lunch or snacks (please bring packed lunch & drinks with you) around our campfire space. There will be time here for the kids to have free-play\, build dens or play games before we head back up to the community garden together.\n\nPlease bring sensible footwear\, plenty of drinking water\, snacks or packed lunch. The ground is uneven around the site and therefore not suitable for prams etc so any smaller children will either need to be able to walk or be carried.\n\n\nThank you!\n20% discount for members
