SUMMARY:Monthly Wellbeing: Letting Go & Holding On – A Seasonal Wellbeing Walk
DESCRIPTION:🍂 Letting Go & Holding On – A Seasonal Wellbeing Walk 🌰 \nAs autumn gives way to winter\, nature offers us a beautiful reminder of the cycles of change. Falling leaves let go\, while seeds and leaf buds hold the promise of new growth to come. \nJoin us at FarmEco for a gentle\, reflective wellbeing walk as we explore this seasonal transition and think about our own lives. What might we need to let go of as we look back over the past year? And what would we like to hold on to\, nurture and carry forward into the future? \nAs we wander through the farm\, we’ll collect natural treasures to represent our thoughts and reflections. Returning to the warmth of our Round House and its wood-burning stove\, we’ll enjoy tea\, cake and conversation. We’ll have the opportunity to symbolically release the things we’d like to leave behind in the fire\, while taking home a natural reminder of the things we want to nurture and carry with us. \nA chance to slow down\, connect with nature\, reflect and make a little space for what lies ahead. 🍁 \n📅 Thursday 26th November\n🕙 10am–12pm\n📍 FarmEco Community Farm \nThe walk is approximately 1.5 miles over uneven ground\, so please wear sturdy footwear and dress warmly for the weather. \nAll welcome. No previous experience needed.
